Prof. Dr. Hassan Ali Kazem from the College of Law, University of Karbala, participated in the membership of the discussion committee for a master’s thesis in private international law, tagged with (legislative jurisdiction in civil liability arising from the violation of popular folklore, a comparative study), which took place on the hall of the late Prof. Dr. Abbas Al-Husseini as an honorable member, and he praised the notes addressed by the members of the discussion committee and directed the researcher to take them when printing the thesis
